We highly recommend that you order all your wedding stationery at once, with an estimate of the number of orders of service, menus etc so that we can book your production slot and ensure continuity of your design (exact numbers, guest names, menu details and order of service contents, can be confirmed at a later date).
How Many Invitations do You Need?
It is wise to order a few spares for extra guests and any errors when you write out your wedding invitations. It is customary to include one invitation per family including a courtesy one for the groom's parents and the minister and their partner. Also include family and friends who you may already know cannot come, but who would appreciate receiving an invitation, for example a grandparent.
What if you need more later?
Once we have agreed your design, we can provide you further stationery at a later date if necessary. We will of course endeavour to make extra stationery in the same materials as your original order, however we can not garauntee this when circumstances are beyond our control. For example, discontinuation of materials by our suppliers.
